Products

ProvaDent is an oral health supplement designed to support dental and gum health through probiotic formulation. All products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities following strict quality standards.

While we make every effort to ensure that product information is correct, we cannot guarantee that all information provided is complete or up-to-date. This includes information about ingredients, nutritional content, potential allergens, or fitness for specific purposes.

ProvaDent products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not a substitute for professional dental care, regular check-ups, or medical advice.

Purchases

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Delivery and Shipping

We offer free shipping on multi-bottle orders within the United States. Standard delivery times are between 5-7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All parcels are shipped with tracking information that will be provided to you after your order has been processed.

Returns and Refunds

ProvaDent offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product (even if bottles are empty) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dental Reviews, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
